We accept major credit card via Paypal.

pay by credit cards directly via Paypal, without signing up membership.

- How can I place an order?
Simply click on
product pages. Prepare your credit card & follow the instruction.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from
us within 12 hours (usually we reply you within 2 hours)
If you do not like this way, you can email us
with your contact info & items you like to buy, we will contact
you by email.
- I like a model, but could
not find on you store, should I ask you?
Yes, email us with brandname
and model number. It is perfect if you give us a picture too because
model number may be varied in different countries.
- If the item is out of stock,
what will you do?
We will email you within 48 hours. Generally we need few days
to few weeks to back order. You can choose to refund or wait.
If you choose latter, of course, you can request refund anytime
if you do not want to wait. Refund is processed immediately after
we receive refund request. There is NO charge on customers from the
beginning to the end.
- What is your refund policy?
We have 14 days returning policy, counted from the date of delivery
(the date shown on the post office website with the mail registration
number / tracking number)
We refund 100% if customer returns the item in original conditions
and package. However, all shipping costs is non-refundable.
- How is the
warranty of items?
All watches, and most items (toys and other non-watch) supplied
by authorized dealers. It means items sold in Kendeson are covered
by factory warranty (1 or 2 years). For few items not covered by
factory warranty, we offer 1 year warranty. Please keep the Order
ID or invoice.
- Do I pay import taxes/duty
since I see items are drop shipped from Hong Kong?
Maybe. Customs Department of your country have rights to inspect
all incoming mails & packages, & apply import taxes (duty)
if necessary. For prevent import taxes / duty, we usually mark
a cheaper value on the package.
- How does the 100% insurance
work?
For item value less than US$100, they are covered by Post office
insurance policy. For value over US$100, we pay insurance. Our
insurance carrier is ParcelPro
Ltd.
- What should I do, just in
case, the parcel is lost?
Since all items are covered by 100% insurance, you will not worry
mail lose. If the post service (local post office in your country & Hong
Kong Post) confirms the parcel as "LOST", we will
send you a replacement immediately or process refund upon your
choice. You do not have to worry the compensation. We will handle
those troubleness.
- How come some items drop
shipped from Hong Kong or Japan?
It is because some of our suppliers is located in Hong Kong and
Japan. In most cases, the wholesale price of Asian countries is
much cheaper than US & European countries. Also, most manufactories
release the latest products in Asian countries earlier than US
/ European. Honestly speaking, US market is usually 1-2 years behind
Asian. If you want the latest, you will not go Walmart but checkout
eBay. From today, you also checkout our website too!
- I got error when checking out
via Paypal. How come?
Paypal requires the billing
address exactly same as the shipping address; otherwise,
payment may not be processed. If you want to ship the
item to someone else (different address), he should "add" one
more address onto Paypal. Or, pay by Western
Union,
or Moneybookers.
- Could
I ship to an address different with provided on Paypal?
No. If you pay by Paypal, we ship to address shown on Paypal only.
We will ignore the shipping address provided in the shopping cart.
You may add more than one address on Paypal. Please see Paypal Help
page for instruction.
- Do you accept Google
Checkout?
We do not accept Google Checkout since
2008.
- You bill on my credit card
when the item shipped, instead of the time I place my order?
Yes, it is true. After you place an order, we will not bill on your
credit card instantly. In fact, your payment is
"authorzied" at that moment.
The payment will be billed (charged) when the item is ready to
ship. It means that your money is still in your pocket at the last
minutes. Also, you can cancel the authorized payment anytime as
you wish, before it is charged, even without give us a notice.
(Then your order will be cancelled automatically)
We offer free shipping if order more
than US$599. You will see "Free Shipping" in the shopping
cart.
- I see you have an eBay Store. What is the difference shopping between
them?
We have an eBay Store too. Some customers like different shopping
